Over £1,000 Raised for Velindre
We were thrilled to host an event organised to raise funds for the incredible work carried out at Velindre Hospital in Cardiff. Over 80 people attended a night of Bollywood entertainment, auctions and of course a grand three course gourmet dinner!
Included amongst the guests was Beth Zetameyer, one of our regular customer friends, who will be undertaking an expedition to Mount Kilimanjaro as part of her amazing fundraising activities, we wish Beth and everyone involved the very best. The night raised over ££1,000 and we congratulate all involved.
We Salute Grangetown Quins
Our friends at Grangetown Quins football club chose Haveli to host an evening inviting the business community to find out more about becoming associated with this historic and famous side.
It was a great night attracting over forty businesses who enjoyed a presentation on our in-house flat screen system and of course, great food!
We sincerely hope that the Quins gain their much deserved sponsorship backing leading to greater and greater success in future for one of Cardiff’s great teams.

Haveli in Top Ten of British Curry Awards 2009 Best Newcomer category
To be recognised by your peers is always a fantastic honour, which is why Haveli’s new found status as one of the UKs best newcomer restaurants last month, has pleased us so much.
The renowned British Curry Awards 2009, named Haveli in its top ten in the whole of the country at a lavish ceremony attended by the who’s who of curry industry afficianados in London.
Presented by doyen broadcaster Sir Trevor McDonald, and attended by such luminaries as leader of the opposition David Cameron, as well as our own Patron and founder Shaz Haris, the awards were a glittering success, celebrating all that is best in the World of Pan Asian spice houses.Â
We thank everyone connected with Haveli for this massive early success and our customers for making it all possible for us to shine brightly and keep striving for excellence and exciting times ahead.
